Cocoa Powder

Natural Cocoa Powder โ€“ Ghana Origin (B1 / B2 / B3 Grades)

Product Description:

Natural cocoa powder from Ghana is made by pressing the fat (cocoa butter) from roasted cocoa liquor, then grinding the remaining cocoa solids into a fine, unsweetened powder. Ghana is renowned for producing cocoa beans with a rich flavor profile, making its cocoa powder highly desirable for premium food and beverage products.

Appearance:

Fine, dry, dark brown powder with characteristic bitter chocolate taste and aroma. No chemical alkalization (non-alkalized, raw) or alkalized (Dutch process), preserves its natural pH and antioxidant content.
